Along with establishing goals, you will dig deeper to discover what’s currently preventing you from reaching your goals and subsequently optimal potential. Having a goal is fantastic but figuring out what’s really stopping you from reaching that goal is often where the real personal development occurs.
Anna works with you to explore your mindset, thoughts and feelings that may be in the way of a goal. You would also look at the behaviours, beliefs and values you currently hold and where they stem from.
Over a number of sessions, you would work together with Anna to identify and fine tune a goal and put plans in place to help you achieve your goal.
A goal doesn’t have to be big, or really specific. Clients often just want to feel more confident, have more belief in themselves, be more assertive and feel less pressure.
Anna draws from many different coaching frameworks and psychological theory, such as Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Person Centered Coaching, Psychodynamic and so on. These approaches are naturally integrated into the client led coaching sessions and have always proved very effective.
